Terms and Conditions
These terms describe the basic rules for using RaceMapper public pages, beta tools, and tester list. RaceMapper helps you work with kart racing data, but it does not replace official timing, regulatory, or safety systems.
Beta tools
RaceMapper tools may change, be unavailable, or contain errors while they are being developed. You are responsible for checking generated files, parsed results, simulations, and any decisions made from them.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt the service, upload unlawful material, or use the tools in a way that infringes someone else's rights.
Submitted data
If you submit a form or upload data to a beta tool, you confirm that you have the right to provide that information. RaceMapper may process it to provide the requested feature, support the beta, and improve reliability.
Account access
Some RaceMapper services require signing in with an email magic link, Google, or Apple. You are responsible for access to your email account and external sign-in accounts. RaceMapper may restrict access if an account or session is misused or appears unauthorized.
No warranties
RaceMapper is provided as is, without guarantees that the site or tools will be accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
