Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information RaceMapper collects through the public site, beta form, and beta tools, and how it is used.
Information you provide
The beta form can collect your email address and beta interest. Beta tools may also process files or race data you choose to submit.
Form processing
Beta signups are sent to Formspree, the external form provider configured for this site. Formspree processes the submission so RaceMapper can receive and manage tester requests.
Account and sign-in data
When you sign in with a magic link, Google, or Apple, RaceMapper processes the email address, account identifier, session data, and any name or profile details shared by the provider. Apple may provide a private relay email address instead of your personal email. Supabase provides authentication and session handling for RaceMapper.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the site, provide account access, manage the iOS beta, respond to requests, troubleshoot issues, protect the service, and improve RaceMapper tools. RaceMapper does not sell account data or use it for advertising profiling.
Retention
Account, beta, and support information is kept only as long as needed to provide the service, manage the beta, maintain operational records, handle security, or meet legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics
RaceMapper does not currently use analytics tools or non-essential cookies on the public site.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you provided, including RaceMapper account data. If you no longer want beta updates, request removal from the list by contacting info at racemapper.app.
